Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure that you receive your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. We hold this information securely as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below. *Please notify the front desk of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment. CANCELLATION POLICIES AND LATE ARRIVALS: Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you with relaxation in mind. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. As a courtesy to our spa guests, any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged a NO Show fee of 25% of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments that have a package without giving any prior notification will forfeit a session. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. If we are not able to adjust your appointment, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment and end as scheduled. Thank you.
